of the signed rental agreement, including payment terms, access rules,
late fees, stored-property restrictions, lien rights, and other facility
policies.
Tenants may not store hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items,
perishable items, illegal items, stolen property, animals, or people.
Additional restrictions may apply under the rental agreement.
Stored property is the tenant's responsibility. Tenants are encouraged
to maintain their own insurance coverage for stored belongings.
